“What started as a hobby as a kid, has now grown into a passion for hairdressing, styling, and overall just making people feel beautiful.”

From playing with hair in makeup in her bedroom, to hair school, to job shadowing, to being a hair apprentice, to an hourly hairdresser, to now, not only taking clients behind her chair, she is also the proud owner here at Luxe Salon and Spa. 

Miranda graduated from Capri College in Cedar Rapids Iowa. She has over 10 years experience as a hairdresser.  Miranda performs many services in the salon including hair cuts, hair color, balyage, facial waxing, men’s haircuts, special occasion styling as well as specializing in blonding. 

“I enjoy working with all hair types and creating custom hair colors and hair cuts to fit each individual. I take pride in giving in-depth consultations to make sure my client and I are on the same page and can determine what’s best for their individual style and needs. I am continually seeking new inspiration through social media, magazines, YouTube, and other skilled women I get the pleasure to work with.”

When I’m not behind the chair, you will find me soaking up every moment I can with my kiddos, sheepadoodle, and my better half. Combined we have 4 amazing, beautiful children. We love traveling, movie nights, and experiencing new things together.
